Blepharoplasty

A well done blepharoplasty procedure by a Oculoplastics eyelid expert can work wonders without giving the “Kenny” look.

Much easier to see after an upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, CO2 laser and browlift.

A very happy patient after an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Subtle and precise results are key for our male patients.

This 74 year old patient is 6 weeks post surgery. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty generally takes 45 minutes and can be done in our office to save operating room and anesthesia fees.

Revisional Surgery

Reconstructive1

This patient unfortunately lost an eye almost 30 years ago and underwent many surgical procedures. She came to us for revision of anophthalmic socket syndrome: eyelid asymmetry, eyelid hollowing, eyebrow asymmetry and her prosthesis constantly fell out (top left) due to a scar band and dislocated implant (top right). We performed a orbital anophthalmic socket reconstruction and an upper eyelid ptosis repair with fat grafting and lacrimal gland suspension to recreate normal volume. She is very happy with the eyelid symmetry and appearance 8 months post-op (bottom pic)!

Revision2

This wonderful patient had brow and eyelid asymmetry after multiple prior procedures. We performed a bi-plane combined endoscopic and pretrichial browlift to even her eyebrows and eyelid platform show. The top photo is pre-operative, the bottom is 6 weeks after surgery. Her happiness and kindness made our day!

Reconstructive Surgery

Skin cancer can affect us all. Following ADA screening recommendations and team based treatment is a must. This patient had a pigmented basal cell carcinoma discovered by her dermatologist during an annual screening (top left), the next two photos are the area after excision by a mohs surgeon. The top right is immediately after reconstruction, the bottom right 2 weeks after reconstruction.

If your Thursday night gets too crazy, we’re here Friday mornings. Champagne corks are dangerous! This patient was in good spirits after having his left upper eyelid reconstructed in clinic.

CO2 Laser Resurfacing

Laser Resurfacing

Back at work 6 days after a blepharoplasty and a CO2 laser skin resurfacing performed in our office. Typical recovery time is 10-14 days after the procedure.
